Eskode is a mobile and desktop digital innovation that will securely link cops with their victims and witnesses on a secure platform.
Context
The police force in England and Wales is a multi-billion-pound enterprise that employs over 130,000 officers who keep around 60 million members of the public safe.
Eskode aims to provide an exceptional order of magnitude foundation for the police force and the people they serve by displaying existing behavioural trends, vastly improving public service and relations, making officers more efficient and effective, maximising existing resources, and saving millions of pounds along the way.
Challenges
Outdated User Interface: The existing applications had outdated and complex user interfaces, making it challenging for police officers to access critical information swiftly.
Inefficient Task Management: Eskode needed a more streamlined task management system to enhance productivity for both officers and administrators.
User-Centric Victim Support: Creating a victim app that would provide intuitive and compassionate support to crime victims, ensuring ease of reporting and access to resources.
